It’s wintertime, so I’m sharing more of my favorite cold weather dishes. This is another soup that is perfect for those chilly days. It’s almost made in less than 20 minutes, which makes it perfect for after-school activities and long days.

Start by cooking up a pound of ground beef in small to medium chunks in a large pot. Drain the excess fat and return to pot. Combine 2 teaspoons of worcestershire sauce, seasonings (salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder), a packet of frozen mixed veggies, a pack of onion bulbs, a can of whole baby potatoes, a 16 ounce can of tomato sauce, and 3 cups of beef broth.

Bring this to a boil and then let simmer for about 5 minutes. Serve warm with crackers or cornbread and enjoy!
